Warranty and Returns:

Every product we manufacture is backed by our limited warranty. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, finish defects and fitment issues. Should you need to start a warranty, please email us at info@onusgroupllc.com. We do not cover accessories attached to our product, issues arising from improper installation or user error.

Should you require a return of a product for any reason, please email info@onusgroupllc.com and we will facilitate the return of the product at no expense to you.

Cancellations and Refunds:

 

Cancellations are only possible prior to shipping. Should you need to cancel an order please email info@onusgroupllc.com. Refunds for cancellations prior to shipments will be processed within 48 hours of the confirmation of the cancellation request.

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

• The products you are wanting a refund for has not shipped yet

• The product has been returned and received through the warranty policy

• The product has been shown to have sufficient defects through the warranty process and a refund has been agreed to via email without a necessary return. 

• Other extenuating circumstances agreed to via email. 

• All refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the confirmation of the return conditions being met.
